I am exciting to announce that I am officially FINISHED with my TD program eligibility requirements 🥳 I confirmed with USDF and they double checked all my records. My flight and hotel stay is booked for the week. The apprentice TD clinic will be 12/4 and then the TD clinic will be 12/8. My boss is letting me work from Houston for the week and I used my IHG rewards points for my hotel room. Another major life announcement is that I am now a licensed real estate agent In Pennsylvania! I passed the Delaware test last week and I am waiting for my Delaware license now. I am really excited for this new journey. I have bought and sold properties personally over the past decade, so I have a lot of experience utilizing first home buyer programs to achieve homeownership. I am working for Keller Williams Brandywine Valley and my goal is to become a full time entrepreneur by 2026 between working as a realtor, a Dressage TD, and pet sitting. I was looking for ways to supplement my income to get another horse until Rossi got kicked in the face. Now I am working with the goal of paying off all his bills first, but his injury gave me the kick in the butt I needed to start marketing myself.
